I grew up in a hospital where both my parents worked as professional caregivers for over 40 years. Healthcare has been part of my life for as long as I can remember, and it’s deeply personal.

Over 27+ years, I’ve worked across CROs, biotech startups, and global pharma, holding leadership roles across all levels and delivering measurable R&D impact.

What drives me is a restless pursuit of disruptive innovation, never settling for “good enough,” always asking how we can improve outcomes, accelerate timelines, and put the patient first.
